Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Imprint Ave and our family of brands: ART/s Events Planning & Decorating, T’Rave Is Photo & Video Booth, and Trix ‘N Treats Souvenirs & Decor.

By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

All online bookings are tentative until confirmed via direct communication.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date (amount varies by service).
Final payment is due at least 14 days before the event unless stated otherwise.
Accepted forms of payment: e-transfer, credit card, or invoice (as agreed).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if availability permits.
Full or partial refunds are not guaranteed if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.
Force majeure (e.g., weather events, illness, emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Customization & Communication

All event details must be confirmed via email or written agreement.
Design or service customizations require approval and may incur additional fees.
Unlimited communication (calls, emails, messages) is included for full-planning clients; for other packages, reasonable response time is expected.

4. Event Liability

We are not responsible for damage, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (venue issues, vendor delays, etc.).
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows for equipment set-up and has the required access (power, space, etc.).

5. Photo & Video Booth Use

Guests using our booths must follow safety instructions and treat equipment with care.
We reserve the right to stop the service if guests are acting inappropriately or risk damaging the setup.

6. Media Sharing & Promotion

With consent, we may use photos and videos from your event for social media and promotional materials.
You can opt out of this by emailing us directly.

7. Contractual Agreement

A signed contract and waiver (if applicable) are required to finalize any booking. Verbal or online inquiry alone does not constitute a confirmed agreement.

Photo & Video Release Agreement

By participating in an event serviced by Imprint Ave (including T'Rave Is Photo & Video Booth and other affiliated services), you grant permission for us to:

- Capture your photo or video through our equipment
-Use your image, likeness, or recordings for promotional purposes — including website, social media, and marketing materials

You retain full rights to decline this by submitting a written request. We honor your privacy and will remove or avoid using content as requested.

This agreement applies to both the booking client and any guests using our booths or attending events. Clients are responsible for informing guests of photo/video capture.
