Don’t worry — we’ll reach out within 48 hours to chat, confirm your date, and get the planning party started! Tell Us All About It! To help us bring your vision to life, please include: A short description of your event and the theme or vibe you’re going for Your preferred date and time for a quick meeting with our owner to discuss all the fabulous details After our chat, we’ll send you a personalized proposal with options tailored to your dream setup. Already Have Inspo? Even Better! You can also email us: Photo references or mood boards Any custom requests or color palettes The date, time, and location of your event A quick rundown of what you’d love us to create We’ll whip up a detailed quote and send it straight to your inbox! Final Steps to Lock It In: A non-refundable deposit based on the quote provided A signed service agreement Balance due 14 days before your event Only then is your booking officially locked in — and the magic begins!
